Review & Revisions

Refinement to resonate. Post the initial draft, you have two comprehensive rounds of revisions, allowing for feedback and adjustments to fine-tune the animation to perfection.

5.

Final Delivery

Ready to captivate. With every detail in place and after your full approval, we deliver the polished animation in your desired format, primed for your audience and platform.

Please Note:

Voice-Over:

While we’re more than capable of assisting in sourcing and managing a voice-over artist for your project, please note that it will incur an additional fee. Alternatively, you are free to arrange this aspect on your own.

Source Files:

You’ll have full rights to the final delivered animation. If, however, you require the source files for the animation (editing files, assets, etc.), we can accommodate this for an additional fee.

Timeline Expectations:

The duration of animation projects can fluctuate significantly based on their complexity. Here’s a general guide:

Custom animations typically span 6-8 weeks.
Toonly projects average around 3 weeks.
Motion graphics, when integrated into videos or other media, usually take about a week.

Licenced Assets:

Our team has access to a vast collection of assets, including music, sound effects, designs, and stock footage. Should you wish to utilize these in your project, licensing them will come at an additional cost.

Feedback Turnaround:

For a seamless workflow, we appreciate prompt feedback. Delays in feedback can extend the project timeline, so it’s beneficial for both parties to have a set communication rhythm.

Project Scope:

It’s essential to finalize the project’s scope before initiating. Any additions or major changes mid-way can affect both the timeline and costs.

Technical Specifications:

If you have specific technical requirements, platforms, or formats in mind for the final delivery, please share them during the consultation phase to ensure a smooth delivery process.
